SEAT Sponsor Application Process:

Thank you for your interest in SEAT Daytona 2019.

Kindly note that by submitting a sponsor application, this does NOT guarantee that your company will be selected or approved as a SEAT 2019 Sponsor.

1) Complete and submit the sponsor application form.
2) SEAT Advisory Board will review the application form and contact your customer references.
3) You will be contacted within 14 business days if your application was approved or denied.
4) If your company has been approved, you will be emailed the SEAT 2019 Sponsor Digital Brochure to review and provide your top 3 selections for sponsorships. You will have 3 days to select a sponsorship package.
5) SEAT Leadership will respond back to informing you which sponsorship options you selected are still available.
6) You will be emailed the SEAT Sponsor Ethics and Responsibility Contract which an approved signing authority for your company will be required to review, initial and sign the contract within 3 days.
7) Once the contract is signed, you will be provided an invoice for the sponsorship and will have 30 days from the date of the invoice to pay the sponsorship. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, the offer is null and void and the sponsorship is canceled on day 31.
