2026 Member Roundtable Schedule
One of the best parts of SEAT has always been the roundtables. It is not a panel with a predetermined agenda. It is peers in similar roles sitting down together to discuss what is actually happening. What is working. What is not. What challenges are coming up right now.
We are bringing that format online for SEAT members throughout the year. SEAT Online Roundtables will give you a chance to start conversations, or continue them, outside of the annual event. Even if you are not one to jump into the discussion, you can listen, take notes, and show up to Charlotte ready to connect with specific people about specific challenges.
Our first SEAT Member Roundtable is:
- Date: Monday, January 26
- Time: 5:00PM ET
- Topic: SEAT 2026 – What do you want to hear about in Charlotte
- Who can attend: SEAT members, plus SEAT attendees from the past three years
A reminder on membership: SEAT Membership covers your whole organization, so if multiple people from your team want to attend, that is exactly what it is for.

2026 SEAT Member Roundtable Schedule
We’ll email you a few days before so you can RSVP and get the meeting links.
Online Roundtables will be held for SEAT members (although we may offer invites to past attendees on occasion).
All Roundtables will be moderated by SEAT Steering Committee members.
