It’s hard to believe we’re just days away from kicking off SEAT Nashville 2025—and I just want to take a moment to say thank you.
This event means so much to me, and it wouldn’t be what it is without your continued support, trust, and energy. We’ve officially SOLD OUT this year’s event—yes, completely SOLD OUT! That’s a huge testament to the strength of this community and the growing impact SEAT is having across the sports, entertainment, and venue space. If you’re reading this and not attending… we’ll miss you, and we hope to see you next year!

📍 Location & Transportation
The SEAT Conference will be hosted at the Omni Nashville Hotel, right in the heart of downtown and connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Bridgestone Arena is across the street and the Welcome Reception is our first stop on Sunday. We will be headed into the main entrance off Broadway for the Welcome Reception.
Geodis Park is our Monday night stop. There is a shuttle bus that will take people to and from Geodis from the Omni Hotel. So don’t worry about your right, we got you!
Our final night is at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and it is attached to the hotel so all you need to do is wander over to the entrance at 6:00pm and have an amazing evening at the Hall of Fame and Museum. Oh and there is an amazing entertainment event for everyone at the CMA Theater from 8:00-10:00pm to close out the show.
I’m so excited to welcome you to SEAT Nashville. We’ve poured a lot of heart into this year’s experience, and I truly believe it will be our best yet—full of amazing conversations, big ideas, unforgettable nights, and a community that continues to push the industry forward.
