For the first time, we’re offering SEAT Membership – a game-changing opportunity for organizations looking to maximize their investment in the SEAT community.
For just $999, your organization can become a SEAT member in 2026, which includes:
- Complimentary registration to SEAT 2026 – Your membership includes one full conference pass
- Available to teams, colleges, leagues, and venues – Perfect for organizations sending multiple staff members
- Extended access to preferential pricing – Members enjoy exclusive early bird rates long after standard early bird closes
Member Registration Benefits
As a SEAT member organization, you’ll unlock special pricing options for your entire team:
Super Early Bird – $999 – Available until December 10, 2025 for staff of member organizations
Extended Early Bird – $1,100 – From February 9 to March 31, 2026 – Members get extended access to early bird pricing when standard registrations have already increased
That’s a saving of at least $395 per person compared to standard pricing, plus extended time to register your team at the best rates.

Standard Registration Options
If membership isn’t the right fit for your organization, we offer traditional registration paths:
- Early Bird – $1,100 – Available now through February 8, 2026 for all sports executives working on the team, college, league, or venue side
- Standard – $1,495 – From February 9, 2026 for all sports executives working on the team, college, league, or venue side
- Vendor Registration – $2,495 – From March 31, 2026, pending sponsorship allocations and availability
