Katee LaPoff is the Chief Technology Officer for Oak View Group. Katee’s personal and professional mission is to use her curious nature, skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments to serve others. Whether she is helping a friend, colleague, or client, her goal is to be a problem solver, relationship builder, and mentor to those looking for growth.
J.P. Williams, a native of Brady, Texas, and two-time graduate of Texas Tech University, currently serves as the Assistant Athletics Director for Information Technology at Texas Tech Athletics. His team is responsible for the technological infrastructure of the department, which includes, but is not limited to, data analytics, automation, a plethora of fan-facing technology, and student-athlete technology. Williams transitioned to the Athletics Department after previously serving as the Assistant Managing Director of Information Systems & Technology for Operations Division at Texas Tech University, where he was awarded Employee of the Year for the Division in 2020. Williams and his wife, Lauren, have two children, Emma and Jackson.
David Jones is Chief Information Officer at the Anschutz Entertainment Group. He leads AEG’s Global Technology division which delivers expertise, services, and support across AEG’s global businesses to bring to life the company’s 220,000+ annual events that entertain over 100 million fans each year. David also oversees the company’s information security and privacy teams, and his team delivers a consolidated infrastructure that aligns the company’s core pillars of technology, data, and innovation globally. David works in close alignment with the technology teams at AEG venues like The O2 and Crypto.com arena, as well as partnering with the company’s subsidiaries’ AEG Presents, AEG Sports and AXS. David has been a digital and technology leader in the broadcast, entertainment, retail, and real estate sectors for over 25 years. Prior to his time with AEG, he headed up technology at Virgin Radio and Ginger Media Group.


Jon DeLord, Head of Data & Analytics at FusionTECH, is a business insights & analytics specialist with an MBA in marketing. Throughout his career, DeLord has built and managed insights & analytics divisions with some of the most innovative and disruptive brands in the sports, entertainment, media, consumer package goods, retail, and hospitality sectors. He has been influential in driving year-over-year growth for his partners and the firms he has worked for, even in times of market uncertainties. Today he brings his 20+ years of leadership experience and analytics subject matter expertise to FusionTECH, helping clients achieve success through actionable data insights and industry-leading technology. As a former Insights Association Board Member, DeLord prides himself on advancing the insights profession. DeLord holds an MBA in marketing from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Columbia University. A lifetime sports enthusiast, he also played collegiate baseball at Columbia.
As the Manager, CRM and Email Marketing at the Oklahoma City Thunder, Danielle has 10 years of experience with both CRM and Email Marketing with both B2B and B2C smaller market sales and marketing strategies. Danielle uses data and marketing tactics to assist many departments including: Ticket Sales, Season Ticket Member Services, Marketing, Fan Development and Corporate Partnerships. Her educational background is in Statistics from University of Central Oklahoma and gained her marketing knowledge hands-on in a small department setting. She is also a proud mom of three girls and an Oklahoma native.
Manger of Business Analytics and Strategy for the Los Angeles Lakers. He plays a vital role in leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making, empower revenue generation, and utilize advanced analytics tools to enhance the organization's business initiatives effectively. His previous experience includes roles as the Senior Data Analyst at Chicago Fire FC and Business Intelligence Intern at Nashville SC.
Oscar Fernandez is the Senior Vice President Head of Technology for the NY Mets, Oscar is responsible for all fan engagement technology solutions in the venue as well as technology infrastructure and corporate solutions for all business departments at the Mets. He played a leadership role in the broader team that led the Digital Display Transformation and Control Room projects at Citi Field that launched for the 2023 season and continues for the 2024 season. Oscar is also responsible for the technology-based Data and Analytics team at the Mets running a center of excellence responsible for business analysis, data science, market research and data visualization.
Kris is currently the Vice President of Strategy & Innovation for the Foley Entertainment Group LLC. His primary areas of focus are data/business analytics, technology solutions, strategic planning, and new business ventures. He is a former Specialist, Strategic Business Ventures for the New York Yankees, and Brand Strategist for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, along with stops at NBC Sports, Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment and The Office of the Commissioner, Major League Baseball (MLB). He holds his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from Syracuse University.


Jarrett has spent over 10 years successfully strategizing, procuring and activating brand partnerships across properties in Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association and the National Football League. He is currently Vice President of Global Partnerships for Monumental Sports & Entertainment.
Hailing from Vancouver, Canada, Lenny has a wealth of experience in his career in eCommerce, digital and social media in a variety of startups. He blends his passion for sport and technology together as the Vice President of Partnerships at Tradable Bits. Lenny works with global sports and entertainment brands to acquire, analyze and activate their fan data. He empowers partners to build better fan experiences that are more personalized so they can bring their fans closer to the teams and brands they love. Lenny specializes in innovative solutions to generate revenue that also add value cross-functionally across marketing, data/CRM/BI, corporate partnerships, merchandise and ticket sales.
Brent boasts over 25 years of distinguished experience in senior marketing, commercial, and partnership roles within the sports and entertainment industry. Two distinct phases mark his career: the first focuses on pioneering new fan and partner engagement strategies for renowned entities like the Sydney NFL American Bowl, Sydney Olympics, Super Bowl XXXVIII, X PRIZE Foundation, and America’s Cup. In these roles, he was responsible for generating over $750 million in revenue while transforming the ways properties connect with fans and host cities. The second chapter found him spearheading innovative SaaS solutions focused on solving the same challenges, first as CRO of Realife Tech and now as CCO of Komo Technologies where he oversees all marketing, sales and partnerships globally.
Patrick brings over a decade of expertise in leveraging digital experiences to drive brand and revenue growth for Sharks Sports & Entertainment. With a diverse background spanning the National Football League, National Hockey League, American Hockey League, concert industry, and video game culture, he excels in shaping impactful digital strategies across various sectors.
