SEAT Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: 11/01/2025

SEAT (“SEAT,” “we,” “our”) is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all participants. We believe every member of the sports and entertainment technology community should be able to fully participate in our events, contribute ideas, and engage in meaningful networking, regardless of ability, background, or needs.

We prioritize ADA-compliant venues and work closely with our host locations to ensure accessible entrances, restrooms, elevators, and step-free access to key conference spaces. Our team is available to support individual accommodations upon request.

Mobility & Physical Accessibility

We provide:

– Wheelchair-accessible event spaces

– Step-free routes to sessions, dining, and exhibitor areas

– Reserved and aisle seating for those with mobility needs

– On-site staff support for seating, navigation, and assistance as needed

Hearing Accessibility

We are committed to expanding support for attendees who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

Recent SEAT events have included:

– Real-time captioning for keynote sessions

– Bluetooth assistive listening support (including trials such as Auracast in select venues)

We are actively evaluating and integrating new audio accessibility technologies at future SEAT events.

ASL interpretation or additional accommodations can be arranged upon request.

Vision Accessibility

We intend to provide accommodations for attendees who are blind or have low vision, including:

– Digital access to event agendas, speaker materials, and slide decks

– Large-print or high-contrast formats upon request

– On-site support staff who can assist with navigation and seating

Service Animals

Trained service animals are welcome at all SEAT venues and official activities, in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Dietary & Sensory Inclusion

We provide accommodations for dietary needs and allergies (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, kosher, etc.) when communicated in advance.

Quiet or lower-stimulation spaces may be provided at select venues or upon request.

Requesting Accommodations

We encourage attendees to contact us before the event to request accessibility support, so we can plan appropriately and ensure the best possible experience.
