- Event Participation Conduct
By attending SEAT events, whether in person or online, you agree to engage respectfully with attendees, exhibitors, speakers, staff, and sponsors.
Prohibited behaviors include:
– Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation
– Disruptive or unsafe behavior
– Commercial solicitation outside designated sponsorship or exhibitor privileges
– Sharing attendee contact data publicly or using it for mass unsolicited messages
SEAT reserves the right to remove individuals who violate this policy without refund.
- Intellectual Property
All SEAT branding, event content, session materials, presentations, recordings, logos, graphics, and website content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
– Reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell SEAT content without permission
– Record or livestream SEAT sessions unless explicitly authorized
You may:
– Take personal notes
– Use publicly posted materials for personal and internal business purposes
– Share provided slide decks if marked as shareable by the presenter
- Photography, Video & Media Use
SEAT events are photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant SEAT permission to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional, archival, and educational purposes without additional approval or compensation.

- Disclaimers

– Individual business or networking outcomes
- Limitation of Liability
SEAT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of SEAT Services.
DMCA POLICY
