How do I register?
Registration is completed through our ticketing partner, INTIX. You can sign up your organisation as a SEAT member or register as an attendee.
How can my company sponsor SEAT?
Sponsorship opportunities are available for organizations offering technologies, platforms, or services that serve the live sports and entertainment ecosystem.

What is the refund policy?
SEAT does not offer refunds on conference passes.
However, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee at no cost.
You can request a transfer through the INTIX platform.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes. All sessions are recorded.
At this time, recordings are used primarily for internal review and event-related content, including social media and future programming development.
We are currently evaluating options to make session recordings accessible to attendees online in an ongoing archive.
Can I get the presentation?
Slide decks and speaker-approved resources may be shared following the event. Availability varies depending on presenter preference.
Do you provide accessibility accommodations?
