The wait is almost over.

In just a few days, hundreds of sports, entertainment, venue, technology, and guest experience leaders from across the industry will gather in Charlotte for SEAT 2026. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome you.

Before you travel, here are a few important details to help you make the most of your SEAT experience.

Registration & Check-In

Registration will be located at the Charlotte Convention Center.

Registration Hours:
Sunday June 27th Noon at the Charlotte Convention Center

Make sure you do the Wicket authentication before you arrive. Please bring a valid photo ID when checking in.

Wicket Authentication Steps:

Here’s how it works:

  • Sign up for Express Check-in
  • Take a quick selfie
  • At the event, proceed to the dedicated Express Check-in Lane
  • Walk up to the tablet
  • Grab your badge and go

That’s it. Fast, Easy, Seamless.
Your photo is used only for express check-in, is never shared, and is deleted after the event.
