SEAT 2026 is coming to Charlotte, June 28–30, and if you’ve been to one of our conferences before, you already know the evening events are half the reason people come back.
This year, we’ve lined up three nights at three venues that are going to be hard to top.
Sunday, June 28 — Kickoff Reception at Bank of America Stadium
We’re kicking things off at Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers and a venue that knows how to make an entrance. Doors open at 6pm, and this is exactly what it sounds like — the annual family reunion. If you haven’t seen your SEAT people since Nashville, this is where the hugs, the high fives, and the “what have you been up to?” conversations start. It sets the tone for everything that follows.

Monday, June 29 — Centre Stage at the NASCAR Hall of Fame
Right next to the convention center, we’ve got the entire NASCAR Hall of Fame to ourselves for the evening. The museum, the history, the racing simulators, we’ll be finding out who’s fastest on iRacing. If you missed the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville and spent the next year hearing about it, learn from that mistake. This is not one to sit out.
Tuesday, June 30 — Closing Reception at Spectrum Center
We’re closing things out at Spectrum Center with the Charlotte Hornets. We’re still keeping some of the details close to our chest, but let’s just say it’s going to be worth staying for. Book your flight home for Wednesday morning. Trust us.
