We’re excited to officially release the session agenda for SEAT 2026 in Charlotte, and I genuinely believe this is one of the strongest programs we’ve ever built together.

This year’s agenda reflects that spirit in a big way.
Over the last several months, our Steering Committees spent countless hours reviewing submissions, discussing trends shaping our industry, challenging assumptions, and intentionally selecting sessions they believed would bring real value to this community. These weren’t easy decisions. We had more great submissions than we could possibly fit into the schedule, which speaks volumes about where this industry is right now.
To every Steering Committee member across our Customer Experience, Venue Technology & Security, Data & BI, and Digital, Sponsorship & Ticketing tracks — thank you. The thoughtfulness, care, and effort you put into this process matters more than you know.
What emerged is a program built by practitioners, for practitioners.

Most importantly, these are conversations grounded in reality. The wins, the lessons, the challenges, and the ideas shaping what comes next for sports and entertainment.
Charlotte is going to be an incredible backdrop for these conversations. With the NASCAR Hall of Fame, the concentration of venues in Uptown, and the energy surrounding this year’s event, I truly believe this will feel like one of the most connected and immersive SEAT experiences we’ve ever had.
